Best Weight Loss Program

The main cause of obesity or overweight is often overeating, irregular eating habits and not following the rules of eating and sometimes imbalance of hormones. If gonad gland and pineal gland are not working  properly, they are responsible for accumulation of fat and water retention in the body. Applying pressure or massaging these points twice a day for one minutes will help to control water retention and fat accumulation in the body.

 First remedy is very powerful and the best for weight loss. It consist of three steps.

First step is :

1.  First three days 
Eat only boiled moong daal and moong soup.

2.  4th  to 15th day

a.         Take only Moong daal and vegetables whenever you feel hungry.
b.         Take one tablespoon of castor oil with pinch of ginger powder every night.

This will help you clean your stomach and melt abdomen fat.

3. This step is important to loose weight. Do it honestly, you will loose weight definitely.

Cumin seed                  250 grams
Fennel powder             200 grams
Hing                             10 grams
Alum powder               50 grams
Ajwain powder             50 grams

Mix all these ingredients and make 60 packets. Take one packet four times a day with a glass of water. Continue it as  long as desired weight is achieved   

Brisk walk for at-least 20 minutes a day is must.

Other remedies for weight loss are as follows

Honey is an excellent home remedy for obesity. It mobilizes the extra deposited fat in the body allowing it to be utilized as energy for normal functions.
Take honey about 10 grams or a tablespoon with hot water early in the morning. Add a  teaspoonful of fresh lemon juice with it.

Raw or cooked cabbage inhibits the conversion of sugar and other carbohydrates into fat. Therefore , it is of great value in weight reduction

Diabetes

Diabetes is a  an abnormally high level of blood glucose and the excretion of the excess glucose in the urine. It results from an absolute or relative lack of insulin which leads to abnormalities in carbohydrate metabolism and metabolism of protein and fat. The word diabetes is derived from the Greek word meaning “to siphon, to pass through”, and mellitus comes from the Latin word “honey”. The cases of diabetes are much higher these days as compare to the past. The most commonly used screening tests are the determination of the fasting blood glucose level and the blood glucose level tested two hours after a meal. The normal fasting blood sugar content is 80 -120mg. per 100 ml of blood, this can go up to a level of 160 mg. per 100 ml of blood two hours after meals. Anything above these levels can be termed as diabetic levels. It occurs in all age groups.

Types of diabetes


  • Type 1  diabetes
  • Type 2  diabetes
  • Gestational diabetes

Type 1 diabetes is also known as insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) or juvenile onset diabetes. In this type the body stops producing insulin or produce less to regulate the level of blood glucose.


In Type 2 diabetes the body is not able to use insulin secreted by the pancreas. It is also known as non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus or adult onset diabetes. The most sufferers are people of middle and older ages. It can be controlled with diet, exercise and weight loss and exercise.


Gestational diabetes occurs during the second half of pregnancy and disappears after the delivery. The women suffering from gestational diabetes have higher chances of type 2 diabetes in the later stages of life Causes Of Diabetes
The various causes of diabetes are:
  • Genetic factors
  • Stress and anxiety
  • High carbohydrate diet
  • Obesity

Home Remedies for Diabetes
Fenugreek seeds are very useful in diabetes. Soak about 90 -100 seeds in 250 grams of water and leave it overnight. Mash them in the morning and sieve in a cloth and drink mixture regularly. Use for at least 2 months to cure diabetes.


Bittermelon (karela) is one of the best options .  It can be simply fried with salt and other condiments and can be taken 2-3 daily. Half-cup karela juice can also be taken.

Regular juice of grape fruits helps in diabetes cure.

Leaves of mango tree also fight diabetes. Boil 3-4 fresh leaves of mango tree in the morning and drink.


Fruit, leaves, seeds and juice of jamun (Syszygium cumini) are also useful. Its seeds prevent conversion of starch into sugar. Drink half cup of water mashed with 3-4 leaves of jamun tree. Take it for 5-10 days. Chew 3-4 leaves of jamun morning and evening in the early stages. This is a very good remedy.

 Take 60 grams of fresh ripe fruit of jamun and dip in 300 grams of boiling water and then cover it. Mash it after half an hour and sieve. Divide into three parts and drink each part thrice a day.


Regular intake of two tender leaves each of neem and bilva in the morning reduces blood sugar. 
 
Make tea of  11 tulsi leaves  and 11 neem leaves and 11 belpatras  drink it  early morning on an empty stomach. It will work wonders in keeping your sugar levels under control.
 
Intake of water extract of Bengal gram enhances the utilization of glucose in both diabetic and normal persons.


Regular moderate exercise helps to cure diabetes.


I have used this treatment on many patients and got amazing results. Hope same for you. 
Take two pieces of Lady Finger (Bhindi) and remove/cut both ends of each
piece. Also put a small cut in the middle and put these two pieces in
glass of water. Cover the glass and keep it at room temperature during
night. Early morning, before breakfast simply remove two pieces of lady
finger (bhindi) from the glass and drink that water.
Keep doing it on daily basis.
Within two weeks, you will see remarkable results in reduction of your sugar.
At same time press twice daily acupressure point of pancreas on both hands for one minutes,
applying atleast one and half kg pressure just two finger width below  ring finger. Within few week  amazing results will be noticed.
 






Diet for diabetes - A strict low calorie, low fat , and juice of green leaves vegetables are best drink for diabetics, which is alkaline natural  foods should be followed. Diabetic patients should avoid refined sugar.
